Initially, I qualified as Humanistic Integrative Counsellor on a BACP Accredited Training course and trained to a high standard. My training continued into Psychotherapy, Psychology and Couples Therapy. I adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework, and my work is supported by a high standard of supervision.

I’m dedicated to providing a confidential and supportive online space for individuals seeking to explore their challenges and work towards growth. With many years of experience as a therapist, I’m committed to ongoing professional development and hold myself to the highest ethical standards.

Location History

Sudbury Counselling – Originally known as ‘Counselling and Psychotherapy’ on my Google Street address. This is still my main location for face-to-face and online work and has been for many years. Other branches of my business are in Colchester and Frinton on Sea, these are at therapy centres. This service ‘PaulberryZoom.online’ is the online branch of my service.
