15-minute Zoom Introduction and discussion of your requirements – £30
If you are uncertain, this session is a brief 15-minute introduction to see if I am the right therapist for you and to discuss your requirements.
Individual 50-minute session – £65
The first assessment session will be to see how we will work together. There will also be some initial assessment questions.
Couples One Hour Session Online – £75
The first three sessions will focus on current problems; however, the sessions are also structured to provide a full assessment of the relationship. Session one, I see you together. In sessions 2 and 3, I see you each individually. That completes the assessment and, at the same time, starts to address the problems. Session 4 onwards, I work with you both together in couples therapy.
Extended session prices are available if required
Occasionally, I have face-to-face availability, which is advertised in various professional directories, if you are looking for face-to-face appointments, then the cost is £10 extra per session. If I am available for face to face appointments, then this will be displayed as a booking option below.
